That left-hand leg sits square, the drawers slide home clean, and the whole frame stays true. The crack on the leg near the top is cosmetic only: it does not compromise strength, stability or structure. It is one of those honest marks that shows a piece has been lived with, and nothing more. The condition is second hand and in great condition, with a few honest imperfections.
I'm Simon, and I run DecorDeluxe.club from Houghton-le-Spring. Most pieces get a glance and move on. Then something like this turns up and you stop. Oak FurnitureLand built their Original Rustic range from solid oak throughout. Not a whisper of chipboard, MDF or veneer anywhere. Every drawer is jointed with traditional dovetails, tongue and groove panelling lines the back and the base of each drawer, and the runners are solid oak too. Those credentials separate furniture that lasts from furniture that lasts five years.
This double chest of drawers delivers seven drawers in total. Three smaller drawers sit across the top, four larger ones fill the bottom. That arrangement gives you options: smaller items up top, bulkier pieces below, or however you need to arrange it. The storage solves itself.
The finish is a warm, medium oak tone that lets the grain speak. The wood has been waxed to give it the appearance of a much-loved piece and protect it against daily wear. Black metal drop handles sit on each drawer, a subtle contrast against the timber. The sides are panelled, the legs are slightly tapered, and the whole piece stands clear of the floor on feet that give it presence without adding bulk.
Oak FurnitureLand sold this new for £779.99. My price is £245. That is £534.99 in your favour, a 69% saving on a chest of drawers built to last decades longer than every flat-pack alternative. Furniture of this construction standard costs several times this price bought new from retailers at this level. You are getting the quality without funding the markup.
The drawers glide on solid oak runners, no metal hardware to fail or rattle loose. The joinery is traditional and the materials are honest. This is storage that does its job quietly, year after year, without asking for attention or repair.

Only one of this chest of drawers exists. Once it is gone, it is gone. You do not need to sleep on it. £30 secures it. The rest is handled when you collect or when it arrives at your door.
