While our prices for used furniture are carefully set based on quality, condition, and market value, we understand that customers may want to discuss pricing. No, we do not have the facilities to take card payments at our showroom. If you decide to purchase an item during your visit, the payment will need to be made in cash. However, our showroom is located right near a main high street, with access to a cash machine at Lloyds Bank only 200 meters away.

Can I pay via bank transfer during the furniture viewing?

We normally ask for payment in cash if you decide to purchase the furniture during your viewing. However, in some cases, we are happy to accept payment via bank transfer, as long as it's an instant transaction. Please note that no furniture can leave the premises until we have confirmed the funds in our account. If you’re interested in this option, please discuss it with a member of our team during your viewing.

We take great care in accurately describing and photographing all used furniture on our website. During the viewing, you'll have the opportunity to closely inspect the piece yourself. How long does a typical furniture viewing last?

I can't find your second hand furniture shop.

We are right next door to Houghton Carpet Centre and the supermarket Lidl.

I have a furniture viewing scheduled but can't make it, what should I do?

If you find that you can't make your scheduled viewing appointment, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Generally, Simon, our founder, will have contacted you personally to arrange the viewing via phone. Please let him know directly that you can't make it. If I decide to buy the furniture and pay a deposit after the viewing, how soon do I need to have it collected?

All furniture must be collected within 4 days of purchase.
