• Items must not be dismantled, reassembled, or altered before returning.
• You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit

For all purchases, a non-refundable deposit of £30 is required to secure your item(s). The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Failure to collect or accept delivery of the item

3. Exclusions

Certain goods are excluded from our 14-day return policy, including:

• Bespoke or personalised items: Goods that have been custom-made or personalised cannot be returned.
• Unsealed goods: Items that are sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons cannot be returned once unsealed after purchase.

4. Refund Process
