How Our Click & Collect Works
Collecting your order from DecorDeluxe.club is straightforward, but a few important steps are necessary to ensure everything goes smoothly. Here’s how it works:
1. Place Your Order:
Start by selecting the furniture you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout. Choose the "Click and Collect" option during the checkout process.
2. Request a Collection Appointment:
After completing your order, visit this page. You'll find our Click and Collect Appointment Request Form further down the page. Fill out the required fields in the form and hit the submit button. Please note that you are requesting a collection time, and we will confirm the details with you via email.
3. Appointment Confirmation:
Once you’ve submitted the form, our team will review your request. We’ll then contact you via email to confirm your collection time or suggest an alternative if your preferred time and date are unavailable. Remember, all collections are strictly by appointment only due to limited staffing at our storage location.
4. Collection Details:
Head to our warehouse to collect your order from Old Stores Of Apple Blossom, rear of 6 Maultand St, Houghton-Le-Spring, DH4 4BJ. Please ensure you arrive at your confirmed appointment time. If you arrive late or early, we may not be able to accommodate you, so punctuality is essential.
5. Payment:
During checkout, you paid a non-refundable deposit to secure your furniture. The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon collection. Please note, no furniture can leave our premises until the full balance has been received.
6. Collection Deadline:
All orders must be booked in and collected within 4 days of purchase unless we have mutually agreed otherwise. Failure to collect within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of your order and the loss of your deposit.
