Our Click and Collect service allows you to purchase your dream furniture online and pick it up at a time that suits you. Whether you're just around the corner or a short drive away, our Click and Collect service offers a hassle-free, convenient option for collecting your items.
With our easy-to-use system, you can secure your furniture online and then arrange a collection time that works best for you. Our collection point is conveniently located in Houghton-Le-Spring, and our team is dedicated to ensuring your pick-up is smooth and efficient. Just remember, all collections are by appointment only, ensuring we can give you the personal attention you deserve.
Whether you're looking to save on delivery costs or simply prefer the convenience of picking up your items yourself, our Click and Collect service is here to meet your needs.
How Our Click & Collect Works
Collecting your order from DecorDeluxe.club is straightforward, but a few important steps are necessary to ensure everything goes smoothly. Here’s how it works:

1. Place Your Order:
Start by selecting the furniture you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout. Choose the "Click & Collect" option during the checkout process.

2. Select Your Collection Date & Time at Checkout:
During checkout process, you’ll be asked to choose from available dates and 10-minute time slots to collect your furniture. Collections are carefully scheduled around our other work commitments, so appointments are limited and need to be booked in advance.
Currently, Click & Collect is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Morning slots are from 9:00am to 9:30am, and evening slots are from 6:00pm to 6:30pm. Simply select a time that works best for you from the options provided.

3. Appointment Confirmed:
Your Click & Collect appointment is secured once you’ve completed checkout and paid the non-refundable deposit online. After a successful payment, you’ll be directed to the “Click & Collect Order Placed – What Happens Next” page, which will provide you with important details about your collection. We recommend printing or noting down this information for reference.

4. Finding Us and Arriving on Time:
Before your Click & Collect appointment, please familiarize yourself with our location, as it can be tricky to find. Directions are provided further down this page.
On the day, park in Lidl’s car park, where you can stay for 90 minutes for free. Please stick to your timeslot, as Simon, the owner, personally assists you. When your appointment time arrives, drive to our dedicated loading area near the black roller shutter doors. Simon will help load your furniture into your vehicle. If you’re running late, let us know via the phone number that was displayed during checkout.

5. Payment:
During checkout, you paid a non-refundable deposit to secure your furniture. The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon collection. Please note, no furniture can leave our premises until the full balance has been received.

6. Collection Deadline:
All orders must be collected within the timeframe set out in the terms and condition unless we have mutually agreed otherwise. Failure to collect within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of your order and the loss of your deposit.

For ease, we recommend heading to the car park at the front of Lidl supermarket, which is right next to us. Our building is adjacent to Houghton Carpet Centre, located to the right of Lidl’s main entrance. Look for our black roller shutter door to find us.

Yes, once you arrive at our collection point, you will have the opportunity to inspect your furniture before loading it into your vehicle. If you have any concerns, Simon, the owner, will be available to assist you.
Can someone else collect my Click & Collect order on my behalf?
Yes, someone else can collect your order, but please let us know in advance. Make sure the person collecting has a copy of the order confirmation and the correct cash balance for payment. They will also need to provide identification to ensure a smooth handover. If you wish to arrange this, contact us with the details of the person collecting, and we’ll confirm the necessary steps.

No, there is no additional fee for using our Click & Collect service. The only cost involved is the remaining balance of your order, which is due in cash upon collection.
