What happens if I need more time to collect my order?
All orders must be collected within 4 days from the date of purchase to avoid cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. However, if you find that you’re unable to collect your furniture within this timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that situations can arise, and we may be able to extend the collection period slightly. Communication is key—reach out to us early, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
