What happens if I can't pay the remaining balance on time?
If you are unable to pay the remaining balance within the specified timeframe, your order will be canceled, and the non-refundable deposit of £30 will be forfeited. For customers opting for collection or local delivery, the balance is typically due in cash upon receiving your furniture. If you're using a courier service like Proovia, the balance must be paid via bank transfer two days before the scheduled collection.
